1. Agreement

By working with Wingly, you agree to the following terms regarding our design and development services.

2. Scope of Work

Each project scope will be clearly defined before starting.

Services may include:

  • Branding & identity
  • UI/UX design (Figma)
  • Website design & development
  • Ongoing design support

3. Process

Our typical workflow:

  1. Strategy & research
  2. Wireframes (if needed)
  3. Visual design (Figma)
  4. Revisions & approval
  5. Development (if included)
  6. Launch

4. Revisions

  • Revisions are included during the design phase (based on project scope)
  • Major scope changes may require additional cost

5. Payments

  • Projects require an upfront payment to start
  • Remaining balance is split into milestones or final delivery
  • No final files / handover until full payment is completed

6. Timelines

  • Timelines depend on project scope and feedback speed
  • Delays in feedback may affect delivery timeline

7. Client Responsibilities

To keep things smooth, clients should:

  • Provide content, assets, and feedback on time
  • Communicate clearly and promptly
  • Approve stages before moving forward

8. Intellectual Property

  • Final approved work belongs to the client after full payment
  • Wingly retains the right to showcase work in portfolio & marketing

9. Cancellations

  • Projects can be paused or canceled
  • Payments made are non-refundable (due to time & work invested)

10. Third-Party Costs

Clients are responsible for:

  • Projects can be paused or canceled

11. Limitation of Liability

Wingly is not liable for:

  • • Business losses or indirect damages
  • Issues caused by third-party platforms

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as needed. Continued use of our services means acceptance.
